How do I enroll in the UPS ASO Rewards program?

Only UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets in good standing may enroll. Please request a registration code from asoawards@ups.com. Once your registration eligibility is validated, you will receive an email containing the registration enrollment information required to sign up for the program.

What is UPS® ASO Rewards?

UPS Rewards is a program that allows UPS Authorized Shipping Outlets (ASO) to earn Rewards every time one of their customers ships with UPS using the associated UPS ASO account number.

When do I start earning UPS® ASO Rewards?

The program year runs from March 1 to February 28 (or 29) each year. All UPS spend billed with UPS during this time period counts towards your rewards level.

Who is eligible to participate?

Participation in UPS Rewards is available to any UPS ASO. To be eligible, Customers’ accounts must be in good standing, as determined by UPS, and ASO Customers must agree to all terms and conditions applicable to the Customer’s participation in UPS ASO Rewards. Only one Participant per account number is eligible to enroll in the program. Additional information on eligibility restrictions may be found in the UPS ASO Rewards Terms and Conditions, “Participant Eligibility and Enrollment.”

How do I earn UPS® ASO Rewards?

Every time a customer of a UPS ASO selects UPS as their shipping choice, the ASO will receive a credit toward their Reward goal. The more customers choose and use UPS as their preferred shipping provider through the ASO, the greater the Reward. Rewards are accumulated on an annual basis. ASOs unlock tiers of benefits, leveling up from Bronze to Silver to Gold. Each tier has an increased level of Rewards, per the outline of benefits summarized in the ASO’s “My Account” section of this site.

How is my level or status tier of Rewards determined?

Revenue levels are set for each reward level. UPS spend increase goals will be based on your prior program years’ UPS shipping spend. Updates will be posted to the site monthly.

Will I receive UPS® ASO Rewards credits on all my shipping activity?

Reward UPS spend eligible for Rewards benefits will be based solely on transportation charges.
Fees and charges other than transportation charges, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, accessorial charges and charges for value-added services, are not included in Rewards UPS spend calculations.

Purchases that are refunded also are not included in Rewards UPS spend.

Purchases of The UPS Store® services are excluded, as are purchases from UPS Freight®, UPS Capital®, UPS® Brokerage and UPS Supply Chain Solutions® services.

How do I change my registration information?

Email us at asoawards@ups.com. We will need to update your information to send program materials and awards.

What are the differences between the three tiers?

Higher tiers bring more valuable benefits. As your customers choose UPS as their shipping provider, ASOs can level up through the tiers, unlocking the benefit of each tier as they are achieved. Gold & Top 100 Tier members enjoy the greatest benefits.

Where do I find my UPS ASO Rewards status?

After registration or log in, the Participant’s status appears on each page of this ASO Rewards website. You can also click the My Account tab at the top of the ASO Rewards website to see your current program level.

How frequently is my earned activity posted?

The Participant's UPS® ASO Rewards activity is added monthly. The Participant's status level will be displayed on the website.

Will the status expire?

Under the current UPS® ASO Rewards Terms and Conditions, a Participant's status expires at the end of every program year.

Can I share the benefits of my UPS ASO Rewards status? What happens if I sell my business?

No, UPS® ASO Rewards status and benefits are non-transferable.
